Connections 2045
Our staff has been assisting in the
development of
,
Greater Philadelphia’s long-range plan
being prepared by DVRPC. This update
provides a refreshed vision for land use,
the environment, economic development,
and transportation throughout
Southeastern Pennsylvania and New
Jersey. When completed in 2017, the plan
will contain a fiscally constrained list of
regional transportation investments that
will be used to guide future infrastructure
development decisions within the
9-county region.

Hazard Mitigation
Plan Update
The
was initiated
in 2016 to fulfill the municipal hazard
mitigation requirements established by
the Federal Emergency Management
Agency (FEMA ). This plan update will
be prepared by the planning commission
staff working with the Montgomery
County Department of Public Safety. The
last plan was prepared in 2012.
