Translating Plans into Action
Attaining the goals established within the three themes of the new
—Connected Communities, Sustainable Places, and
Vibrant Economy—involves several actions. The implementation of this plan
requires various tasks by MCPC and other county agencies. Local, regional,
and statewide governments and the private sector also have a significant role
to play in successfully addressing all of the goals identified in the plan.
