2040 in the same proportions as they were in 2010. Thus, the percent of total calculations for 2040 would be the same as they are for 2010. It is likely, however, that housing options will shift over the next 30
years as new ideas, trends, and technologies take hold. Nursing home unit totals are from the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Assisted living unit totals are from the Pennsylvania Department of Aging.
